Precious Rescue Surrender Application

Here at Precious Rescue we understand that there are situations that arrise where you might have to surrender your Precious Pet(s).

We are more than willing to help, as long as we have the Available Space, Funds, & know that 100% of Our Precious Rescue Attention, Dedication, Love, & Time can go towards your Surrendered Pet(s).

Please fill out our Precious Surrender Application Below, & please be completely honest with us, as we always will be completely honest with you.

Someone from our Precious Rescue Team will contact you within 7 days (plz. be patient),upon submitting your Precious Surrender Application.

We also like to ask if after submitting your application, Would you also be willing to EMAIL US with your Precious Surrendered Pet(s) Photos, Ages, Breeds, Sex, & if they are Neutered/Spayed &/or Declawed.

We can forward your email to other "Precious Pet Lovers" that are looking to adopt....  Precious Surrendered Pet(s).      :0)     >^..^<

Is their ANY Medical Conditions, Health Concerns that we should be aware of?

Does your Pet(s) have FIV or CIV (Aids)?

Does your Surrendered Pet(s) get along with other Dogs & Cats?
