Zoe's Story:

Zoe was purchased at a Cat Adoption Facility as a kitten. She was among a litter of cats who had Distemper, all died except ZOE!

The Vet told Zoe's Owner that if Zoe was going to live, she would have to ensure that Zoe was eating ALOT & had LOTS of Love... Well Zoe's loving owner did just that!

And now Zoe is a 20lb Bundle of Love, with NO medical problems besides being overweight. She can NOT jump high due to her weight, which means... this kitty won't be walking all over your kitchen counter's searching for food! Zoe only eats Dry Cat Food & Fresh Water & is Litter Box Trained.

Zoe's Loving Owner HATES the thought of Surrendering her Precious Feline, however since having Zoe for 5 1/2 yrs, she has had 2 Twins, & 1 of her Twins is allergic to Zoe. Her son's Pediatrician told her that she needs to get Zoe out of the house immediately for her son's best health interest.

Definition of Distemper:

Distemper which is also known as Panleukopenia is a viral infection affecting Cats caused by Feline Parvovirus. It has a high mortality rate which often targets kittens or cats who have not been vaccinated. The virus causes a decrease in the cats white bloodcells thus compromising its immune system. It is IMPOSSIBLE for a cat to spread Panleukopenia to a Dog. Although Feline Panleukopenia is considered a dread disease of Cats, with routine vaccinations, isolation of Cats new to the household until they have been tested & vaccinated, the average multi-cat household should remain safe from this disease.
